Privacy Policy.

How information is collected, used, and disclosed in connection with this website. CCPA/CPRA and GDPR-aligned.

Effective: April 26, 2026 · Last updated: April 26, 2026

1. Who this applies to.

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to pink.tv and its subdomains (the "Site"), operated by the owner of the Pink.TV domain (the "Operator," "we," "us"). It explains what information is collected from visitors and what is done with it.

2. Information collected.

Information you provide. If you submit the offer form on this Site, or email offers@pink.tv, you provide: your name, email address, optionally your company or entity name, the offer amount, your stated timeline and preferred deal structure, and your stated intended use of the domain. You may also provide additional information voluntarily in your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this Site is served by Cloudflare Pages, which receives standard web-server log data — IP address, user-agent, referring page, request path, response status, timestamp — for security, abuse prevention, and basic operational analytics. We do not operate a third-party analytics, advertising, or behavioral-tracking pixel on this Site. We do not set advertising cookies. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies. The Site does not set tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set transient operational cookies for security and DDoS-mitigation purposes; those cookies do not personally identify you and are described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.

3. How we use the information.

We do not use your information for marketing emails, advertising, profile-building, or any unrelated purpose.

4. How we share the information.

We share information only with parties that are necessary to operate the Site or fulfill your inquiry:

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Retention.

Form submissions and email correspondence are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, document the transaction (if any), and meet legal and tax-record obligations — typically up to seven (7) years. Server logs are retained on the timetable set by Cloudflare's standard retention policies. You may request earlier deletion of your information as set out below.

6. Security.

We use commercially reasonable measures, including TLS in transit, access controls on the email inbox, and reputable third-party providers, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights under California law (CCPA / CPRA).

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act) gives you the following rights with respect to personal information we hold about you:

To exercise these rights, email privacy@pink.tv with the subject line "California Privacy Request." We will verify your identity using information you have already provided and respond within the timeframes required by law (generally 45 days, extendable once by 45 additional days). You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

8. Your rights under the EU/UK GDPR.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the following rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation and equivalent UK and Swiss legislation:

Lawful bases. We process the personal data described above on the basis of (i) your consent (when you submit the offer form or email us), (ii) the necessity of pre-contractual steps and contract performance for any transaction you initiate, and (iii) our legitimate interests in operating the Site, preventing abuse, and maintaining business records.

International transfers. Information you submit may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms recognized by the European Commission.

To exercise GDPR rights, email privacy@pink.tv with the subject line "GDPR Request."

9. Children.

This Site is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through this Site, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Do Not Track.

The Site does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, because we do not engage in the cross-site behavioral tracking such signals are designed to address.

11. Changes to this Policy.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected in a more visible notice on the home page where reasonable.
